Guarantee
At Jefferson, we stand behind the quality of our educational services. In this regard, we offer an Instructor Satisfaction Guarantee. If a student is unhappy with his or her private tutor, he or she shall inform Jefferson in writing, and Jefferson shall seek to provide a replacement instructor. The student is permitted to invoke this Guarantee one (1) time only. After the Guarantee is invoked by the student and approved by Jefferson, the student shall resume sessions with the replacement instructor. If a replacement instructor is not available, the student shall continue with the original instructor unless there is a significant problem with the tutoring.
Jefferson does not offer a score improvement guarantee of any kind, amount or degree.
Jefferson does not offer refunds under any circumstances whatsoever. Jefferson does offer tutoring credits for unused hours, and these credit hours can be used for any educational service which Jefferson provides, and in any city in which Jefferson provides instructors. The tutoring credit shall expire six (6) months after the time of registration.

Jefferson is not responsible for third party websites that link to or from this Site. Jefferson disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy of any of the information provided on such linked sites and any goods or services provided or purchased from such site. Jefferson shall not be held liable or responsible for the content of any sites that link to or

Jefferson takes all possible steps to ensure the accuracy of the information included in this Site. However, Jefferson takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of this Site. No Waiver
The failure on the part of Jefferson to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any of Jefferson's rights hereunder for past or future actions.
Jurisdiction

Exceptions do apply, and you will have to comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for further details.

Mediation, Arbitration and Legal Jurisdiction
In any dispute between Jefferson and client or a non-client who views the Jefferson website, if the parties cannot resolve the dispute to their mutual satisfaction, the matter shall be submitted to mediation. The terms and procedures for mediation shall be arranged by the parties to the dispute. If good-faith mediation proves impossible, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any and all potential litigation shall be conducted in a court of Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia located within the United States of America.

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jefferson with respect to the use of this Site.
